i just read this topic from the very beginning, it sounds like you've been on such a long journey already, yet you still have 5months to go!! i wish you the best of luck mate. i love fiji's and can only imagine how i'd be feeling if i was in your shoes now!! fingers crossed, keep us posted. and again, good luck Smile

I haven't kept this species but I have always liked the look of them.

From what I have read...this could be the season for producing eggs....although one paper I read said that in the wild the season is more like November to January....

From what I've read clutch size is about 4 to 7 eggs. Young females lay smaller clutches than older ones do. As with chameleons, its advised that you don't let the female see you watching her when she is digging and laying the eggs.

Everything I have read about them says that at approximately 28 - 29.5 °C it takes 120-170 days of incubation.

The San Diego zoo has produced quite a few Fiji Iguanas....they might be able to give you some information.
