hi i need some help of you chaps that import reptiles from america i am in the process of importing some snakes the cities paper work has been granted and i have copies but im not sure what to do now
i believe that i need to contact and arrange some thing with a shipper and obtain a VAT licence but im not sure who i contact or how i go about it
if any of you chaps can help point me the right direction i would be very greatfull

you will need to pay an import agent to do the rest otherwise it gets complicated first time.
i havent done it but looked into it before and it was costing between 300 and 500quid which isnt too bad if your getting a lot of animals!!!
contact customs at heathrow or which ever airport your using and people like DEFRA who should point you in the right direction |

its actually not too bad. the place i deal with its around 400 usd for shipping and all other fees inclusive, with a 2000 usd minimum. _________________ cardboard city. |
