Heres a snap of the tank I have set up for some Plethodon cinereus I will be receiving next week. Its a two foot tank, furnished with moss, leaf litter and mossy twigs-with three small hardy ferns planted within. Look forward to seeing the sals in there-they would be in there today if it wasnt for the weather!

Thanks-the blue backing detracts a bit form the prettiness! Its an ex-aquarium shop display tank-there was a leak near the top so perfect for converting to a viv.

I got it from a local wood-fairly sure it is ok-no treatments used in that area, and no amphibians in thata rea to spread disease. If you would like i could send you some?

not to put a downer on it or to cause problems but i think moss gathering is illegal in the UK isn't it. not sure don't moan if its not.just worked with he rspb for a longtime and they prosecuted a few people for doing so, but it may have been coz it was on heathlands?? not sure
