little update -
They have settled in quite well now, each morning before work I feed them their fruit, it's just turned night time when I enter and they are flying around. Once I put the fruit out they land on it within minutes
They also now leave the baby hanging in the roost, should be another two months before he starts to fly. _________________

another update!
Firstly I came back from Hamm late Sunday and decided to check the reptile room, thought I'd have a look at the bats but could only see one adult (they should be roosting as it's daytimefrom 5pm till 6am). I had a good look round the room in other possible roosting locations but couldn't see anything, I was a little worried it may of dropped down behind a wall of vivs . As I walked back down the room I checked in a stack of aspen and found the poor fella laying in the bottom, he had obviously landed there for a little look but couldn't clomb out and the sides were too high to fly out. I reckon one more day and he would of died of dehydration. He's fine now though.
Then this morning I came into the room to find the baby bat flying around, was a lot more confident than both the adults, even landed on me and allowed me to hold him _________________

Sounds promising with regards to taming the youngster Scott. Any up to date pics of the baby in the pipeline? _________________ YSBRYDOLI POBL, GWELLA LLEOEDD
