Have today received from Andrew at Pollywog the following;
4No. Hemisus marmoratus; Mottled Shovel-Nosed Frogs
4No. Kaloula pulchra; Asian Bullforgs
5No. Litoria caerulea; Whites Tree Frogs
2No. Bombina Maxima; Giant Fire Bellied Toad
4No. Cynops Orientalis; Chinese Fire Bellied Newt

Rick,
You must be getting a fair sized amphib collection now!!!
I've been half thinking of getting some Bombina maxima for years. Let us know how you get on with them.

I'm a tad biased and this will make you blush Andrew but I think Pollywogs wonderful, hes always ready to give advice and Lord knows I have rung him in absolute panic mode before now.His stock is truly %100 too. I know if I should get a lottery win I'd probably buy a pair of every animal in stock!

i have never dealt with him as I have never kepy amphibs but lookign at his animals via his pics they are awesome and he is always there on the forum for advice so looks a good guy to me! _________________ 1.0 striped supersalmon DEAD

I must admit I am having a second childhood with the amphibians. That was my very first interest, frogging newting etc, collecting tadpoles and spawn. Used to spend hours as a kid scouting around the stagnant ponds in the local woods. When me dad had time he would take me further afield to go frogging etc. Happy days. _________________ www.rickslivefood.co.uk

same here rick i used to go frogging in the local ponds i remember them days well socks and shoes were off and in i went lol i used to bring home buckets full of spawn and frogs and place them in my pond but my old man got pissed off because the frogs was mating his prized koi lol them were the days |
