if your dog pulls and you have heaps of patience, when you take them for a walk and they put pressure on the lead you turn them in a tight circle so the pressure comes off the lead, and continue to walk until the pressure comes back on, turn a tight circle..... this can go on for hours, especially with those dogs which are slower to clock on than others, but this has worked with a lot of dogs i have seen (my dad is a vet, so i go and walk strays that come in sometimes). takes a lot of perseverence, but the result is a dog which is a pleasure to walk on a regular lead.
