|
|
I've been umm-ing and arrr-ing over the last few weeks wether my female Ackie was gravid or not, well after 2 days of being almost constantly in her nest box she finally laid 10 nice size eggs, these are my first Ackie eggs and hopefully they will stay healthy, just thought i'd post a pic.
Just wondering, whats the average clutch size of ackies?
And whats the incubation period? (these are being incubated at about 84 degrees).
Thanks all! _________________ Cheers

Well done Dan. Don't know what the average size clutch is. My female has laid four clutches, nine the first and twelve the other three. Thats about the right incubating temps Dan, a couple of degrees either way worked so far for me. 100% hatch rate . Best of luck with yours mate. |
