My youngest has had an incomplete shed. He injured the tip of his tail a few months back and this is his 1st shed since. he shed today and the skin on the tip of his tail hasnt gone anywhere....anyone got any sugestions ??? I was thinking of dipping the end of his tail in some tepid water to soften it up ???
Any help will be appreciated

if you wanted, try soaking for a few hours in some tepid water, just deep enough to cover the tip of the tail. You might find it will defecate in the water so may need changing after 10 minutes or so. |

what you want to do with the tail is get some cotton buds and some warm water not hot and gently keep wiping it and put it back in the tank and if you keep doing that it will gradually sort itself out |
