I'm looking for some inspiration!
I've decided to refurb the leopard gecko vivs as the crickets were escaping down the back of the fake wall etc
The vivs look good as they are though, so i'm perhaps looking to do something similar.. Maybe include a fake rock background with the slate?
Anyway, please post pics of any desert type vivs!
Thanks!
Oh n here's an example of what the vivs look like at the mo _________________

making a fake rock wall out of rock (slate) will kinda take out the fake bit
If you attach the fake wall with no more nails or similar you will prevent dirty crickets hiding
Or you could build up from the floor with 50mm polystyrene cover in tile grout let it cure then coat it in bird sand just use a slightly damp spong to smooth out the grout so it looks like a nice sand stone hehe and shape the poly with a craft knife _________________ Paul

U mean sponge I hope?
Thanks, n thanks Jack _________________

It's not particularly exciting - and has since been re-arranged - but this is mine. I'm also planning on a fake rock background at some point - probably after exams and dissertation is handed in!
