hi thanks for all the advise in my previous post, i have been so busy at work the past few days doing longer hours but in the end i got a Nikon d40 i took some pics yesterday i am totally new to photography so was all on auto but hopefully one day ill get there  |

whent out for an hour an half before work but hope to spend more time sunday
wow its addictive i all ready want the 300 lense to zoom in closer this is going to cost a few quid

cheers Stuart i know its going to take a while to get use to it especially in manual mode but its worth it , i knew it took skill to take photo's but you don't realize how hard it is, Ive looked a quite a few of your pics and they are amazing bet it takes some time to get that good, its not as easy as ppl think  |

Thanks for the compliment Pamela...it does take lots of practice but the beauty of digital is you don't have to pay for developing like film..I spent fortunes on film when I had my first slr...nothing woprse than getting 2-3 decent shots from a whole roll of film!  _________________

yep definitely i would have had loads of duff photo if it was film cheers for recommending the Nikon its well worth the money |

thanks hopefully i will get some clearer shots as the first ones were not so clear but guess i will have to practise i am hooked every where i go i see something and think that would have been a good pick i went to work wed and we were sitting out side work as we were early, and i saw a hawk just in front of the car near someones back garden and it was sitting there munching away i was so disappointed i didn't have cam anyway lol cheers  |
