In my experience, the red banding on the Albino Nelson's is much wider, and the yellow banding narrow. The red banding on the Honduran is usually narrower.
Check out the two sites below, they have an image and description that should help.
Honduran Milksnake
(Scroll down the page to reach the Albino Hondurans).
Nelson's Milksnake
Hope that helps. _________________ 31August2008-Kent Reptile Show (Amphibians & Inverts welcome) for more information & Booking e:mail: mrac@sky.com |

I keep both and one difference is the yellow bands.
In the honduran they have an indistict border with the white bands whereas the Nelsons has sharp edges to the yellow bands.
Of course the adult Honduran is twice as big as the Nelsons.
I don't think band width is any guide at all as both have widely varying band widths. One of my Nelsons has over twice the width of red bands as another. These are both Nelsons. _________________ John

My female Honduran is a bicolor, similar colours to a Nelsons when young, as she has matured the yellow bands have disappeared and the white bands gone a pale yellow.
This does not happen with a Nelsons, the yellow band stays.
In the Nelsons, there is usually a hint of red at the edges of the yellow bands, this does not happen in Hondurans.
In the tri-colour hHondurans as with the pic of my male here, the bands do not change as the milk matures. _________________ John

wow. that helped a lot more.^_^ hehe. i have a pair of hondurans. both are still about 5 months old.
i checked them after you told me about the indistinct yellow borders, but i had a bit of hard time because the yellow was very light. so does that mean they are both bicolor? or is 5 months still early for their yellow bands to disappear?
thanks sir.^_^ |

The yeloow bands of a bicolour like yours will still show at your age but the white surrounding the yellow bands will become yellow and swallow up the yellow bands. This takes a long time, it is very gradual.
This is my bicolour female now adult and nearly 5 foot long.
She weighs 1000 grams, a very powerful snake but well behaved. _________________ John
