Has anybody any experience with Microclimate Dimmer thermostats?
I have only used Habistat thermostats, basically due to availability, but I am need of a Dimmer and I can get a new Microclimate Dimmer Thermostat with day heat and night temp drop for under £40, which seems a good deal to me, but I was wondering why they aren't about very much, at least not in the stores I use.

Opinions please.

I like the microclimates.

smaller probe so you dont have to drill a huge hole...

Tamper proof dial.

But....here in indonesia we have a few power cuts each week, and I have noticed that after a power cut the thermostats come on on full power for 1-2 minutes which is long enough to overheat an incubator.

anyone else found this???
