I have been pointed to the following website

And seems to make a very good read indeed, Im very interested by the recommend temps that you should keep Rankins at.

I'd say the temps in that care sheet are spot on, my spot lights shine on roof tiles in a stack and they bask round the edge of the hot spot where the temps are around the low 90's. |
