well on the 6th of august we got a gorgeous pair of new Mexico collard lizards as far as i am aware their is only 2 of us in the UK with these, they are absolutely stunning an at only about a month the colours are looking good

where di you get them?
I have seen a few collards and some have nice pattern on them.
Never seen this type.

they are from a breeder in Holland our friend went over an got them as she has the contact, afraid i haven't any pics yet as oh broke the camera hopefully get some soon,

i was working in a reptile shop "quit a week back due to the boss being a u know what" we had a pair in on holiday and the female is gravid ready to burst i want to get some my self its just the available ammount they are stunning lizzards great to watch and people tell me you cannot get them hand tame well guess what these two are allthough i didnt handle the female much but when i did he and she sat in my hand fine Cool

yeah people are so missed led about collard's alot of people say they are a display pet not for touching, my western likes coming out an running up my arm an siting on my head and my 2 new Mexico's love jumping out he Viv an just siting in my hand and maybe having a run up my arms they are wonderful pets,

are u sure the pair that was in your shop were new Mexico's?

as like i say me an another lady from a different forum have the only pairs in the UK, the guy that breeds them is in Holland,

I have a trio of Westerns for sale Very Happy . they are great animals, I bred from all three this summer Trese will tell ya, she'll prolly tell you how beautiful and healthy they are too, lol

what species are these... sorry get confused with the different Crotaphytus. Most are very beautiful though.

the species is new Mexico crotaphytus collaris i think, same as n eastern again i think will double check

Hello well i see that a few of you guys are interested in these collards well i would be able to obtain some for you guys no problem...along with some Mexican Beaded lizards and several other reptiles that make every collection worthy
