plus from what I know its not actuallu illegal unless they have changed the laws very recently.
Protection against killing, injuring and sale
This level of protection protects against the intentional killing, injuring and trade in these species, as protected by part of sub section 9(1) and all of section 9(5), the species it applies to are all reptiles, being the common lizard, slow worm, grass snake and adder, however I must mention that in order to legally keep an adder you will need to have a DWA (dangerous wild animal) license, as well as public liability insurance. It is not an offence to collect these animals to keep yourself.
so its not illegal to collect them for yourself, and as long as they are captive bred then you can sell them as he states they are 3rd generation CB |

Though its not illegal to have in your possession it could be illegal if you take them form a SSSI or desingated nature reserve.
As for Adder they are under severe threat nationwide and ARE in decline so leave them alone!!!!! _________________ Live for today as your dead for a long long time

It's not illegal to keep them or breed them hell it's not even illegal to take as many as you like out the wild as long as you have the lan owners premission Therefore if you found loads in your garden it'd be perfectly legal for you to keep them. You wouldn't be able to trade, kill or injure them however.
That add is the same as being discussed in this topic on livefoods so I urge everyone to stay well clear of it as I doubt you'll be getting papers proving the animals were legally bought.

WE ESTABLISHED WITH THE SELLER THAT THESE ARE NOT 3RD GEN SO THEY ARE ILLEGAL TO SELL AND ALSO TO BUY! |
