ive tried starving him a few days but still doesnt work, the crickets just seems to busy themselves in the substrate

Hi! If, (like me) you have a fussy feeder, and your not too squeamish, break the back legs off the crickets, and place on top of the normal greens! They should get a nice meaty mouthful of cricket and salad!!!!
(If indeed Blue Tongues eat greens! Iv got Beardies, it works for them!) Very Happy

Try chopped banana and crushed, boiled egg with shell on(for calcuim), it works for my Pink Tongue, it may work for BTS too!
I may pinch your idea, and try more berries with my Beardie`s, its fun watching them try to catch them!!! Laughing

Hi

You could try rat pups, small mice, a mashed up soft boiled egg, garden snails (thawed after freezing) or large dubia roach nymphs.

Cheers,
Mark.

you may just have a skink that doesnt want to eat them. plain and simple.

locusts would make a good alternative also.

as well as the previously mentioned roaches.

you should never feed a lot of banana to lizards because it nearly stops the vitamin D3 being produced Very Happy
