i do use bark and always have done, i dont think there is any harm in asking others what they use, many people use many different things,i thought thats what these forums were for, maybe i should just pm you directly in future to make sure im doing it right |

I use compost as I think it is actually far better than orchid bark.Because it's a cause of impaction ( I know I had to have my first WD put down because of it), it's not natural (it's not their natural substrate) and it doesn't hold the humidity as well as compost, and lastly compost allows them to dig as they would in the wild. But that's my opinion after keeping them for three years and breeding them this year.
