Are you gonna keep your bullies on substrate or in water. I keep mine in just 2cm of water which I clean every day which is a hassle but he doesn't smell and he always looks huge cos he is so full of water I used to keep him on orchid compost but it started to get smelly and kept growing springtails. (Great for PDFs but not my pixie!) _________________ Licking this cane toad was the worst flippin idea you.............whoa man that penguin just put something in your pocket. |

Very good! You will have to bear in mind that the little buggers will dig like crazy and probably dump half of the substrate in the water Also when I kept mine on compost it tended to dig in and remain inactive for days at a time. Now he is very active! Good luck with keeping them anyway _________________ Licking this cane toad was the worst flippin idea you.............whoa man that penguin just put something in your pocket. |
