Ok, here's one for Crickets.

rear a culture of approx 100 crickets to adult size, this will contain a good mix of both sexes. Keep at a background temp of 28c and provide a basking area of 35c. Spray once per day to keep humidity good to allow for shedding.
Offer correct food (chick crumb, greens, potato), provide egg laying tubs filled with damp peat. Exchange egg tubs weekly and incubate at 28c. Once hatching starts set up in a new bin as per adults.
