Darren, looking good.
I notice you have used a free website service, did you find the the site easy to build? Does the site have enough space to support a shopping cart software package? Would you be able to use it as a merchant website? Would it support secure online payments? How many pages does it allow you to use? Any other info please much appreciated. As you may have guessed I am thinking about my own site. cheers. Rick (sorry for all the questions). _________________ www.rickslivefood.co.uk

I also used Freewebs to make my site, you can get a shopping cart, paypal secure payments, comerce etc, you can pay for unlimited pages and web space, and it does not cost loads, if a thicko like myself ( and Darren ) can do it, anyone can ! I found it very easy to do, just time consuming. _________________ http://www.bugshed.co.uk/ |

ehhehehe techno Rick strikes again , God / Buddha ( well you never know) why do we need such stress in our lives
Yes Emm you did, me and techno stuff are like spahg bol and custard not an ideal mix!
Seems far more straight forward to me to pay someone else to have the stress and hastle of such a project
Right back to the abacus!
Here is my wish list for a site:
Easy to navigate for me and for customers
Easy for me to change on a daily basis if required
Must look professional and contain easy to use topic / subject links
Must look like its been built by someone over the age of five
Must allow customers to pay easily and securely and even have a shopping basket
Must be able to provide me with commerce records and sales stats
Ideally auto data base certain information as required
Must look like the dogs gonnads (not literally) Buy two get one free!
Maybe have a virtual bar whilst waiting at checkout. I hate shopping!
A scratch and sniff section would be nice.
There now, thats not too much to ask is it? _________________ www.rickslivefood.co.uk

Rick, if you want ALL that then you need a professional to run it and sort it out for you, especailly if you are to 'tech savy'
Darren, nice start to your site, hope you enjoy developing it further. _________________
