I used to keep 2 and my friend found one in his yard. Anyone else kept these?

Kept a pair many years back, bred them once (amazing watching the babies as their born) but the adult male died a few weeks later from very bad bleeding from it's mouth, never found out what caused it.

Hawaii has an introduced population which seem to be doing quite well, have you got any pictures?

Yes, I have pictures but will have to do some searching first. There was a place in Hawaii where they catch the chameleons and sell them, and thats how common they are.

I think it is the level of humidity they need, combined with lower temps. They seem to be more delicate than other species.
