Roaches in general are extremely good feeder insects. In my opinion, much better than crickets...

Lobsters are a non-flying species but they do climb smooth surfaces and are very fast. They breed very fast and are soft bodied and extremely palatable to fast moving lizards.

Hope this helps,
Mark.

All depends on what they are fed on, my crickets and roaches get the same high protein dog food diet so they should both be very similar on nutrient levels (all be it each roach is twice the size of a cricket).

Is there a reason you want to know exact levels?
