hi all iv heard of this stuff lately called acidophilus , its like probiotic for bds does any1 have a clue where i can get some from in the uk all the sites i find that sell it are in the usa , thanks Wink

Hi Cass

From what i can find out acidophilus is a probiotic, and basically helps to maintain a healthy digestive system.
