Methinks the ones you are thinking of mainly grow from September to February and they are best left in honey for six months then just eat the honey much better allegedly! The honey extracts the vital ingredients from the mushrooms and amplifies their healthy side affects! Shocked

These ones are growing in another tank, the substrate is from a tropical source, so maybe these are some sort of tropical fungi, anyone know anything about them please?

No they have a little orange cap and grow in cow pooh. According to my mushroom identification book! Cool
