If you are going to delete my advert for spamming you could atleast delete all of the repeat adverts and not just mine Wink

Also, you may want to add a delete button so people don't spend ages trying to figure out how to delete adverts. In the end i had to get someone elses help. Rolling Eyes

Oh and it was an altered advert, hence the re- post Shocked

I deleted several adverts, not just yours Wink

As you can guess I haven't time to check and find all repeats, but try to do as many as I can.

If you post an updated advert, try putting that in the Title too, might help gain more interest Very Happy

oh yeah, deleting previous adverts then reposting identical ads will be treated the same as SPAMMING.

If any one doesn't like the way I run the classifieds (at cost out of MY pocket), please feel free to start your own.....that's what I did Wink

Hi Scott,

A couple of questions that seem relevant. Apologies if you've already posted this info somewhere....

How long would you like us to wait before re-posting an ad?

Also, how do I delete the old one?

Cheers,
Mark.

Hi Mark,

If I see an advert repeated within a week I normally delete them, people soon get bored looking at the same old adverts Rolling Eyes

You can delete an advert if you put a password in, then just edit the number of days left to run to 1. Although if people start deleting ads just so they can repost then I will disable that feature.

If we all post a maximum of the same ad each week then it won't be a 'competition' to stay on the first page Laughing

With www.reptileclassifieds.co.uk you have the ability to type in what you are looking for in the KeyWord box, so it shouldn't really matter how far back your advert is as it will still be found.

Also, you improve you adverts by adding images etc as in another thread.
