Methinks on of my yemens is ready to lay her eggs, pacing on the lower viv levels etc. I have placed a huge nest box in there filled with damp peat for her to lay in. She is completley ignoring this!
What should I do!

i dont know have you any other substrate on the floor?
or maybe you could put more then one box of soil in so she can choose |

Calci sand on floor, not deep enough for laying though, yes was thinkin gabout some more egg laying boxs.
here is what is in there at the mo

it might be that she doesnt like the position of the laying box....
my cham has been acting weird, i took him out yesterday to show my brother and he sat on his shoulder, looking at his ear....he went black and as i went to pick him up he went for me....i 'poo' myself and my poor borther didnt know what to do..lol
good luck i hope she lays. |

Well I hope you cleaned up afterwards!
Right have now placed yet another nest box in there, she now has two choices, this ones a round bucket filled with a mix of silver sand and peat!
Typical woman though never satisfied! No matter what size it is! ,,,,,, Nest box folks tsh tsh!
