Those are incredible pictures. Those frogs are lucky to have you.
And I see that they do eat crickets.
When I got my turtle, I had bought 4 goldfish for feeding. He doesn't eat fish. The fishes were his friends. When he goes in the pond the fishes would get exited knowing that they would be getting pieces of worms that Maxwell would leave behind. They got pretty big and I finally got them their own aquarium. I still have them.
As for the crickets, same thing. Maxwell will not eat them. What is that all about? It drove me nuts for the next few weeks just hearing these crickets. When they died of natural death, I actually missed hearing them. I realized that I enjoyed hearing them while I would have a cup of coffee at night in peace. Went back and buy crickets on a regular base but not for the turtle. These days, he won't even touch a worm. He's becoming vegetarian.
