I've now found a source for tiles 100cm x 50cm, if anyone knows of a way for me to send them out, I can do them for £13.50 a tile, they are 3cm thick. |

problems ive seen with them are
They bow
soon as they start to bow animals try wedgeign themselves under them
Crix allways seem to find somwhere to hide in them
the ones ive not seen these problems with are those pressed ones which are quite fragile and normally most animals destroy them within 12 months
if yours are diff Ill be interested to see some shots and how you get on with them as id love them in a few vivs specially inside some of my repcages to create a back wall over the mesh |

I've used them before in tree frog vivs, but they aren't the most destructive animals Did have a problem with crickets getting behind it but it was only ever 1 or 2 |

A cheaper alternative maybe to lay the viv on its back coat it with adhesive and scatter on that small woodchip you can get(kinda like pebble dashing)crickets wont get behind that.Dont know how it will work, just came to me whilst reading this post. |
