Cool Had the pleasure of photographing these beautifull and VERY rare toads..I believe these are only ones in the UK..anyway here are the pics..(apologies for watermark and reduced image quality)

Absolutely beautiful frogs. Are these in private hands or a zoo? Too bad so many amphibs are doing so badly, especially lots of stunning frogs and toads like Atelopus sp.

I know, I always thought they were frogs until i was told different.
They do look like poison arrows, kind of.... I hope i dont get told of for saying that .. Laughing

Hence, the frogs AND TOADS like Atelopus. I got that they are toads, I just type faster than I think sometimes Razz Laughing
Still, stunning TOADS Cool Difficult to keep or just difficult to obtain?

Did he get these from the Netherlands? I just saw that a Dutch firm offers these as imports from Surinam. Not that expensive either.
Apparently you can keep them similar to dart frogs like tinctorius. Don't think they have been bred though.
