Can't help you...I think it also depends on temperature...once every week or so when growing? (just like crickets or locusts)

They do shed pretty often when young.

Also, make sure you provide enough 'free space' for it to hang, ( especially as it gets bigger ) otherwise it could have a bad moult.

thanks fraser. yes i have just moved him/her into a bigger tank, cause he/she is getting big. and he wouldnt have had the space in the smaller tank to do what he has to do.

My African mantis shed about once every month/ couple of months until adult, then stopped.
