Ive been playing with fractalius for months and love it, here are so many ways you can use it. Another great plugin is Lucis art.
I like to apply a fractalius layer and blend it with a normal layer.

I don't know anything about Photoshop really... what format are the plugins? .exe?

I am a filthy Mac user, so I doubt I'll be able to ninja the advertised plugin... Sad
