Well got back about an hour ago from the long drive down to sussex, to pick up my baby hoggies from Sue (Quasimodo). And they are gorgeous, but my dads camera is flat at the moment so i shall get pics some other time.

Just to say a massive thankyou to Sue, and thanks for being so hospitable. Your royals were gorgeous and so were the baby pine/bull snakes. Hope you find some nice homes for them.

Oh and i have had a cunning idea of how to stop the hatchling snakes from tipping over water bowls (which i am using with the 2 new littles ones) on the bottom of the bottle lid (Bowl) ut a tiny piece of blue tack, and then stick to the floor of the box, and put the substrate around it.

pics soon

Tom it was lovely to meet you and your family, really nice family you have Smile You are very welcome to have a couple of my Hognose babies, they are sweet aren't they ? Good idea about the blue-tack. The mother of the babies has eaten three small multi-mammates this evening, so now she has shed and is eating well, she should get nice and fat again Wink

Look forward to seeing photos.

Sue

well here are pics as promised. they are very hard to photograph as they are very small and my dad doesn't have a macro lense, so most of these were taken further way that i would have liked, but i cropped them.

here is my rescue adult male hoggie, in my hand, like the one above, just to give a comparison of size
