Basically I take chunks of the polystyrene glue them together spend about 3 hours carving cutting and shaping then cover in a runny mortar mix... let it cure over 3 days mist it with water twice a day, then I repeat this 3 times. this is the first coating.
I didn't take any other pics of the process sorry.
Jake yes I do still sell backgrounds mate I've got 20 in various sizes and finishes drying right now I also can make a background in any size needed _________________ Paul
