Well my clutch of western hognose has started hatching! Very Happy Very Happy
One is totally out and in his home. HE started pllaying dead
these were incubated at 84 f for 45 days today first hatching 44 days Cool Laughing Cool
Piccies..

nice markings i think.
I might have to keep a few of these Laughing only planned on keeping one Surprised Smile

Oh Nick what brilliant photos, I know that you are very excited about these guys - congratulations. Very Happy They did hatch very quickly didn't they ? It will be interesting to compare notes, 'cos my ones were incubated at about 80 degrees which I have read helps to produce females. We will be able to check out the idea and see what percentage of males / females we each have.

How are the eggs / hatchlings doing ? Getting them to feed is the 'fun' bit Rolling Eyes Always surprises me how small they are when they hatch

Ahhhhhhhh that's sooooooooooo cute the little thing playing dead Laughing I have to admit I'm starting to rather like the look of hoggies, the more I see the more I like Smile

Am I being an idiot or are the red phase ones albinos? They are the ones I've seen piccies of and really liked Very Happy
