I dont know about "infect"..
they just do not like that food type locusts and crickets. they will however take them once adult (females anyways from my experience). but I would recommend flies and moths as a staple |

Thanks Lynne, yeah dont feed crickets, locust nymphs might be ok but Hymenopus coronatus is a flower ambush feeder, feeding mostly from flowers on flower visitors eg flies, bee's, lepidoptera, true bugs etc

Plenty but I am very new to them myself tbh..you may want to look at the flower mantis..supposedly hardier than the orchid but very pretty! _________________
