yep its safe
but it is used for heating soil in greenhouses
which meens there is more of it
nd yes yuh can get aluminium tape

it should reach 85. and what i did was put two lengths of the cable running alongside each other about 6 inches apart, and sat them on top of a strip of cooking foil. it spreads the heat out a bit too. _________________

no i just laid it on top of the foil, on the shelf. aye, i used the proper stuff, you get three different lengths. and i have seen it advertised on online rep shops but your local shop might have it too. my local uses it on the hatchling racks. _________________
