Quite simply has anyone been? We're going to Dorset next week and are thinking of visiting....

Hi Jackie,

Dorset is without a doubt THE best place in the British Isles for seeing our native herps if you know where to look. I`ve been to brownsea island and did enjoy the day out. If you are near Poole, there is a location that I know where you simply cannot fail to spot some sand lizards, PM me if you are interested.
