Try using a little flash dialled down a bit..

can you ''bounce'' flash off ceiling , along with or instead of reducing flash output ( assuming flash is to still too strong after reduction )

assuming its NOT oncam flash mind you .

p.s ...most ppl want to avoid ''red-eye'' Exclamation ...ok I'll get my coat Laughing

yup off cam flash
its only in macro with lens inch or so away,
tried the flash at all diff angles ,and boucning ,
ill keep trying
