Cleaned out the newbies today. Purchased at Houten on Sunday, all have eaten and excreted, so I took a couple of pics while cleaning them out.
1.0 CB (age unknown, but over 4yrs old) Lampropeltis Getula Goini (Blotched Kingsnake, and many other common names )
0.1 CB06 Lampropeltis Getula Brooksi (South Florida Kingsnake) Triple het: Axanthic, Lavender, Albino
0.1 CB07 Lampropeltis Getula Brooksi (South Florida Kingsnake) Triple Het: Axanthic, Lavender, Albino
1.0 CB07 Lampropeltis Getula Brooksi (South Florida Kingsnake) Triple Het: Axanthic, Lavender, Albino
They are all cracking snakes with great tempraments and the usual Kingsnake feeding response. In all, I am rather pleased with them. _________________ 31August2008-Kent Reptile Show (Amphibians & Inverts welcome) for more information & Booking e:mail: mrac@sky.com |

No mate just yet. Although it is my intention to find a female for him. _________________ 31August2008-Kent Reptile Show (Amphibians & Inverts welcome) for more information & Booking e:mail: mrac@sky.com |

You don't see many, probably because they aren't Royals or Corns .
I had to go to Holland for this one, but I will keep an eye out at the shows in the UK, if all else fails I'll head back to Houten for Snake Day, I am in no hurry.
I am also after a female mate for my Desert Kingsnake (Lampr. Getula Splendida) but they seem just as scarce too.
I did see a pair of adult white-sided Brooksi that were stunning, but at €700 I was a little underfunded. _________________ 31August2008-Kent Reptile Show (Amphibians & Inverts welcome) for more information & Booking e:mail: mrac@sky.com |
