Anyone used www.zooplus.co.uk before?
My order arrived badly damaged, so arranged for it to be picked up by the courier and returned per their instructions.
That was nearly 2 weeks ago and still no refund so contacted them and they said they have not got the parcel back yet.
I replied asking does it normally take so long as I'm concerned it may be lost in transit. They have yet to reply for 2 days now and they have been replying after a few hours until now.
Tried phoning them but it's a premium rate number and was on hold for 15mins so had to hang up.
Very frustrating

I have been using their online message support and they usually replied quickly but since asking them to look into why it's taking soooo long for them to get the item back they haven't done so.
Just tried again so hopefully they will this time. _________________
