There is only a 15 minute window for each stop so please be early not late, these times are as long as the coaches dont hit any traffic and if they get there early the will not depart until the allocated time


As you get on the coach your UK boarding pass will be taken from you and you will be given a sticky badge, this is in case you get off to use the loo and should speed up loading you all on


Tshirts will be given once you all arrive at ashford, please wear them as we have been talking to a lot of stallholders attending Hamm about bringing over 130 people to the show and 'how about some discount'. although they have not exactly commited they have said if they see a shirt the will haggle


Your coach number will be on your Boarding passes
There are a few single passengers, please use all seats as there are no spares


The lower deck on each coach is reserved for Mods, Organisers And some passengers that have difficaulties

Everyone paid up has now had boarding passes emailed to them if you haven’t received them they ca be printed of directly from the site.

DON’T FORGET THESE AS YOU WILL NOT GET ON THE COACHES WITHOUT THEM

We have called every service area enroute home and not found one that is willing to take 130+ passengers in one go for food so we are suggesting if you want a decent meal before we leave Hamm use the New restaurant I the corner of the car park, this is less than a year old, very reasonably priced and have very good menus, including vegetarian. We will however still be stopping for a toilet/smoke break on the way home.

The coach toilets should only be used if you cannot wait until the next stop,

The loading of the coaches will start at 4pm local time; we need to complete this by 5pm local time. ALL boxes will be taped up and labelled by us with your booking number. Please make sure ALL livestock is in a poly box.

If you are taking a child under 16 you will need a letter of permision from the Childs other parent/guardian allowing you to take them with you, this is a rule set by customs not us. I think it’s to make sure you haven’t abducted them
