im getting a male crestie soon i have plans breeding one day so when i get hold of a female eventually is she ok to live in the same enclosure as him all the time or only when breeding and if i cant get a female the same size shall i keep them seperate untill she`s the same size

| if i find one the same size are they ok to live with each other all the time or only when im wanting them to breed |

Well i have done this and the females were constantly having eggs and they got very stressed  So i would put in seperate tanks

As soon as the weather permits My sexed pair will be on the way  won't say how much knocked me back. 
I decided to take advice and have set up 2 tanks, costs more but I think in teh long run it's best for the cresties.
I imagine that putting the male with the female on a controlled basis will enable me to keep a close eye on the condition of the female and make sure she stays in top health????? not producing so amny eggs to cause strees and possible ill heath??????

when you can cool them but the males are horny little buggars my male always done the buisness anytime we looked in he was entertaining
