i dont know of anyone that has one. are you asking if they can be kept? i dont see why not as they cant see that well anyway and rely on other senses to get around. _________________

The main problem in captivity is diet, feeding on tiny subterranean invertebrates that many people wouldn't be able to provide. They also seem to have a massive appetite and dehydrate quickly (I don't know of any that have been brought in alive successfully by importers but I'm sure it has happened).
On the other hand the blind snake Rhamphotyphlops braminus has managed to spread all over the world from South-East Asia via soil in exported plants... _________________ Regards James Stroud |

There are many many species of blind snakes found all over the world, many of whose taxonomy still need to be properly sorted out! Blind snakes currently encompass three families; Anomalepididae, Leptotyphlopidae and Typhlopidae which accounts for around 305 species in 12 genera! _________________ Regards James Stroud |
