thanks chaps . it took about 2 days as i didnt work on it full time . on the first day i stripped the motor and all the bits out . i took the door off and cut the hole for the window in it . then when i got home , i stuck the first piece of glass onto the door . the next day , i fitted the heat mats and the second piece of glass and then when it had stuck to the door , replaced the door and began the process of fitting the thermostat . Thats about it . It even fits into the loft where it is located now as this makes it unaccessable to little kids ! the temps took about 2 days to set accurately , no probs since then !
