Hey Guys, Sorry to jump on the Fiji Iguana 'band wagon' but I think these amazing Iguanas need as much promotion as possible. I have a Yellow male and 2 Yellow females along with a STUNNING Blue banded FEMALE. So she is not only blue but also has the true banding of a male. As far as I am aware there are only 3 of these girls in the world. I also believe that there are no other Yellows in the UK. I am not sure if the Blue girl is gravid, as you can see she is huge but she does ovulate at times and I am often caught out. You can also see on the pictures that she has bite marks around the neck, a clear sign of mating. The Yellow girl pictured laid 2 eggs a few months ago but they were infertile. The good news is she had no egg bound as many do. There is a chance she could be gravid again. Hope you enjoy and thanks for taking the time to look.

They are awesome Paul.
The banded female is crazy, if that trait gets in all over the place at soem point it would be soooo confusing as far as sexing goes.
Love the yellow Male. _________________ Beardies

Thanks folks for the compliments. Yeah Dean, any babies produced from the banded girl will have to be at least 5 months old before they can be sexed. The Blue banded girl has been with the Yellow male, imagine a yellow Fiji with blue bands, that's crazy

I have got 4 Tom. 1 Yellow male, 2 Yellow females and 1 Blue banded female. I sold my pair of normal greens last year. Had a couple of breedings from them.

Wow! Suddenly fiji iguanas are everywhere! Gorgeous animals, Paul, best of luck with the blue female. Nice to see more people keeping them. At this rate maybe I'll can afford some a few years down the line! _________________
