Moved my 40 babies into a new home tonight, and this guy came out to explore.

About 4 or 5 inches long when fully grown. The babies are tiny at the moment, about 1.5".

Pretty small...I've not kept any caudata before...although Rick's got some marbled newts which I have my eye on Wink The main problem with newts and salamanders is normally keeping them cool enough isn't it...at least if you're home gets particularly warm in the summer?
