well i finaly got to take my black & White argentine tegu home saturday he is settling in well i hope you like the pics  he is very tame and just over a year old and he loves he food!

| love the last pic! What kind of temprement do these animals have? Always imagined them to be a bit moody like some of the Varanus complex or Iguanas, but don't really know? |

well to be honest on my first approach he can be terratorial in his viv "sorry bad spelling"but once he knew it was my hand it doesnt bother him they can be moody if provoked like around feeding time or if i was to wake him up he kinda hisses. being handled as large lizzards dont like it correct me if im wrong. but he likes to be stroked on his back and top of his head. im still getting used to him and he is me at the moment but yesterday i went to go back in my room and there he was on my floor he opend the viv and got out and scared the sh!t out of me and i did him lol bless him

Are you sure he's a Black and White though? Having seen youngsters of both, I would say he is a Red...

cheers guys. since ive had him ive not had a problem that i know of except escaping his viv wich ive sorted "key lock" lol
