howdy, would any one happen to know of any people who will be taking teug's to HAMM?
i am trying to source a female black and white arg tegu (as young as possible) but cant seem to find any one with real young ones or with clutches incubating at the moment.....any help or point me in the right diretion would be appreciated as i do not want to leave HAMM empty handed lol

Where are you located? There is a shop in Middlesex with some babies - although I have no idea how young they can be sexed! |

They're in the last bottom viv, closest to the Iguanas out the back, under the spiders. |

see my location is where the problem is...i live in Jersey, so its not that easy to just pop over to england, plus you need licences to bring anything back over with you...which is why i need to find one at HAMM. WE have a trip planned for it but i need to source a tegu and get my licence before we go.
With the sex side of things, im not sure how they do it but all of the US breeders sell their hatchling tegu's sexed...so im guessing there is a way, though im just not sure on how they do it. |

Bert Langerwerf (www.agamainternational.com) usually gets some of his surplus youngsters to Europe in the fall.
If you contact him now, you might get lucky and be able to collect an animal in Hamm.
