If you have just joined, you may need to wait to have your account verified and then activated by a member of the admin team. This is a spam prevention measure, so please bear with us while we check IP's and email addresses etc.

ALL new members will have their accounts activated within 24 hours (from 6am to 8pm accounts are normally active within 1 hour).

To speed up account activation, send an email to admin@captivebred.co.uk with your registered user name and we will get your account live asap.

Once your account is active, your USERNAME will appear in the memberlist ( http://www.captivebred.co.uk/forum/memberlist.php ), you can then log on using your password. You DO NOT need to wait for the authorization email.

I've just noticed that I have deleted a few new members by mistake Embarassed

Normally we when manually activate members we instantly delete any account names that look 'computer generated' i.e. random letters or numbers. Also any email addresses that look 'iffy'.

If however you have anything reptile entered into your signature box, then you stand out as a legitamate member and get activated quicker (with almost zero chance of being deleted by mistake Wink

)

If you have registered in the last few days and are not yet activated, please re-join and enter something reptile related in your signature (or even better in the location box enter the world Reptile...you can always change this once active Wink

)
