Cool, I spy bananas, sago palms, elephant (pony tail ) palmy thingies, bromelids, maybe a bird of paradise plant or two and a few other things. Will it house reps of some description?
I knew it could be done!

That`s the ticket!
SURELY it would be ok to keep Chams in a group situation in such a set up. I am going to stick my neck out and say there possibly may be room for more than one male to establish territories even (bracing myself now for a slating)
It must be difficult to keep track of egg laying but on that scale, they might just hatch where they are laid and MAY even manage to stay out of harms way long enough in the dense cover to reach an unpalateable size.
Whether they can or not though, what a cracking set up! Is it a mixed species set up do either of you know? Surely there is potential for that too.
Congratulations to whoever created it. A job well done. VERY good effort! _________________ YSBRYDOLI POBL, GWELLA LLEOEDD

I would have panthers in there, uroplatus geckos, day geckos and brookesia sp. and make a mini Madagascar. (There would probably bve enough room for them all to create an ecosystem, and the pygmy chams would probably breed.)One day
(*goes and heads to shed with a few pot plants and a chameleon*) |

I agree with Scotts post.......
[As for the yemens, I'm sure there will be stresses by keeping in groups but the point is at what level is acceptable and can anything else be done to lower the impact of stress, ie. multiple basking sites, plenty of hide cover, plenty of food, multiple water sources.
]
There must a correalation between the above and the size of the enclosure, at some point stress factors must cease to exist, question is at what size enclosure can / might this happen. If multiple basking sites etc are provided and stress levels could be reduced to an acdeptable level (probably less than in the wild as no predation) then surely this would be a good thing? Even a cham kept on it's own will at times have some form of stress.
Glad to see quite a few people are getting manic about the madagascan potential of a conservatory type set up. Out of interest are you all left handed? The is a reason for asking. I really do believ eit is good to let ones imagination run wild at times, on the odd occasion very good ideas can come from such creative thought, IMHO.
